These terms govern your use of hustleaiagency.com (the "Site"), operated by HUSTLE ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Our services

HUSTLE designs, builds and manages AI agents, websites, marketing and automations for businesses. Everything on the Site describes what we can do in general terms. Each project is defined in a separate written proposal or agreement, and that document's scope, price and terms control if it conflicts with these terms.

Quotes

Quotes are custom to each business and are based on the information you give us. A quote is not binding until both sides accept a written proposal or agreement. Quotes expire after 30 days unless they state otherwise.

Examples and results

Stories and scenarios on the Site that are marked "Example" are illustrations of how our systems can work. They are not testimonials from specific clients. Results depend on many factors outside our control, so we don't guarantee any specific outcome, such as revenue, leads or rankings.

AI systems

Our AI agents and tools can make mistakes. Clients are responsible for reviewing how their AI systems are configured, for the information they ask us to give them, and for complying with laws that apply to their business, including call recording, consent and messaging rules.

Using the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site. That means no attempts to break or overload it, no spam through our forms, no scraping it for unlawful purposes, and nothing that violates the law or anyone's rights.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, graphics and code belong to HUSTLE or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client agreement.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on services run by others. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, HUSTLE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. Continuing to use the Site afterwards means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which HUSTLE is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
