HUSTLE ("we", "us") is an AI agency. This policy explains what information we collect when you use hustleaiagency.com (the "Site") or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you send our request form or email us, we receive your name, business name, email address, phone number (if provided), the services you're interested in and anything you write in your message.
- Usage information: only if you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymous information about how you use the Site, such as pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type.
- Technical information: our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data (like IP address) to deliver the Site securely and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare a custom plan and quote
- To provide, manage and support services you buy from us
- To improve the Site and understand which pages are useful
- To protect the Site against spam, fraud and abuse
- To meet legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Netlify: website hosting and form handling
- Google: email (Gmail) and, only with your consent, Google Analytics
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger.
Cookies
The Site works without any non-essential cookies. With your permission, we use Google Analytics cookies to measure Site traffic. You choose when you first visit, and you can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the home page. If you decline, analytics never loads.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and emails for as long as needed to respond and to serve you as a client, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact unless the law requires otherwise. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Security
The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and we limit access to your information to people who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live (for example California, under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights. We will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, send it through the request form on our home page and write "Privacy request" in the message.
Children
The Site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the effective date above.
